The house is organized as a museum with photos, documents, letters, reproductions: in the living rooms there are still the original floors and in the kitchen the marble sink and small pantries.
The tour ends with a tribute to the great artist, from contemporary painters who have donated to the House Modigliani a number of their works of art inspired to the figure and art of Modigliani, among them we remember Ceccobelli Bruno, Mario Madiai, Pietro Cascella, Guttuso , Mimmo Rotella, Tano Festa.

The house-museum is on the first floor of a historic nineteenth-century building and is no lift. The house is equipped with a toilet.
How to get to the house: Car: exit motorway Livorno center, take to the city center, arrive at the seaport turn left to Piazza Mazzini, turn left in Corso Mazzini, turn right in Via Cecconi, at the end turn left in Via Roma.
Bus: from the Station take line 2 and get off at Piazza Attias, the bus stop is 30 meters from the house. From the Tourist Information Point take lines 2, 3, 4, 6, 12 and get off at Piazza Attias
On foot: from the Tourist Information Point straight on, past the Duomo, walk along Via Cairoli, Piazza Cavour, Via Ricasoli to Piazza Attias and turn right in Via Roma, 38.
